Everything is cooked over open flames, off grid!  Celebrating local flavours and a love for good food over multiple courses.

We create immersive, flame-kissed hedonistic experiences that honor Canterbury’s natural bounty.
Join us around the fire for a night of indulgence, great company, music and unforgettable flavours.

In 2025 we have two Autumn sessions to choose from, situated at Orton Bradley Park:
Our Evening Extravaganza on Saturday and a Long lunch on Sunday.
